BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Our clients had just purchased a structurally sound Colonial in Upstate New York but had grand ideas on how to make it perfect. The house was built in the 1800's and had beautiful architecture throughout. The client advised that they wanted it to be a modern feel mixed with country living. We gained an understanding of their budget, design concepts, likes, dislikes, timetable and vision. After understanding what they were after, we devised a game plan that brought their 1800's house into the 21st century while maintaining the beautiful architecture.
